The admission ticket for all Fischtown Pinguins home matches is also valid as a ticket for all BREMERHAVEN BUS routes, the dial-a-shared-taxi and dial-a-fixed-route-taxi in Bremerhaven in the 2023/2024 season. The admission ticket is also valid as a ticket on the train routes Bremen – Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven – Bremerhaven and Buxtehude – Bremerhaven, as well as on the Bremer Straßenbahn AG (BSAG) network. Validity commences three hours before the start of the match and ends with the last service of the day. In addition, after every home match of the Fischtown Pinguins, the Ice Hockey Express is in service both towards the North and towards the South. Approx. 15 minutes after the end of the match, the services start in both directions from the replacement bus stop.

2) Passengers who have booked a return trip with Hal över can also use VBN means of transport for the entire return journey instead of the ship.

3) Passengers who have purchased a bike ticket for the journey on the ship can also take their bikes on the VBN buses and trains.

These regulations apply to the above-mentioned shipping routes, in particular to tickets bought from Hal över or the booking offices and to tickets validated at the Martinianleger ticket pavilion immediately before starting the journey.

Tickets purchased on the internet and discounted tickets do not entitle the holder to free use of public transport.

The OLantis combiticket entitles holders to use VWG buses in Oldenburg from Monday to Friday and admission to OLantis Erlebniswelt. Adults pay 9 euros, children 5 euros. The tickets can be bought in all VWG booking offices in Oldenburg, den VWG customer centres and directly from the drivers. The offer is valid Mondays to Fridays. The ticket is not valid on public holidays or for special events.

In Bremen your car park ticket is automatically a VBN ticket. As soon as the car park ticket comes out of the machine in all BREPARK car parks and the Bürgerweide car park, two adults together with two children under the age of 15 can use all buses and trams in the city centre on weekdays between 9:30 am and 8:30 pm. For example, you can part in the Langenstraße car park and travel by tram to explore the area. With your ParkTicket Plus, you have a ticket to do this in your hands.

During the 2023/2024 season, every admission ticket to Stadttheater Bremerhaven is also valid as a bus ticket on BREMERHAVEN BUS. When presenting their admission ticket, visitors to the theatre can travel to and from the theatre with the BREMERHAVEN BUS fleet without any additional costs. The combiticket is valid just three hours before the start of the performance and the return journey can be made easily until the last service on the day of the performance. When travelling to Volksbühne performances, all you need to do is present the theatre ticket.

In addition to the scheduled journeys to the main station after the end of the performance BREMERHAVEN BUS offers an additional journey with a connection to Bremen: The route 502 dial-a-taxi (ALT) travels to the main station at 10:47 pm from the "Hochschule Bremerhaven/Stadttheater" stop. Here, too, the VBN fare schedule applies and there is no surcharge. However, the dial-a-taxi runs only if the request for a journey was placed by telephone at the latest 45 minutes for departure on 04 71/30 03 44 4.

For two hours before and after the event, entrance tickets to the Oldenburg State Theatre entitle the holder to use all buses in the VWG network in Price Levels I Oldenburg and B "Surrounding Areas" and on Linien 270, 280, 330, 340, 350, 380, 440, 460 and S35 for trips to the theatre and back. This rule also applies to Oldenburg State Theatre events held in the Weser-Ems Hall.

For four hours before and after the event, entrance tickets to home matches of the VfL Oldenburg Ladies Handball Team (season tickets and SingleTickets) entitle the holder to use all buses in the VWG network in Price Levels I Oldenburg and B "Surrounding Areas" and on the routes 270, 280, 330, 340, 350, 380, 440, 460 and S35 for trips to the match venue and back. On the day of the match, you can buy the KombiTicket at the advance purchase price in VWG buses. You can also purchase tickets in advance in the VWG customer centres.

Every admission ticket for an SV Werder Bremen home match is also a VBN ticket. Your admission ticket is valid in the entire VBN area for the return journey by bus, tram and local trains to the Bremen’s Weser stadium (wohninvest WESERSTADION), as much as six hours before the start of the match and after the match until the end of service. The ticket does not apply on IC or ICE trains (exception: IC/EC on the Bremen Hbf – Augustfehn route). This regulation is valid for all home matches of the football Bundesliga team, also for the DFB-Pokal and other international competitions. If you are travelling to Bremen by car, use the free Park+Ride service from Hemelinger Hafendamm (A1 Hemelingen junction) to the wohninvest WESERSTADION.
