Information on weather-related public transport restrictions within VBN

Due to the current weather conditions with expected snowfall and storm gusts, there may be delays and cancellations in public transport in the Verkehrsverbund Bremen/Niedersachsen (VBN) area in the coming days.

The VBN provides its passengers with a central information medium in the form of the FahrPlaner app and the timetable information service at fahrplaner.de/en/. This service bundles the available timetable information from the transport companies and provides an up-to-date overview of connections, known restrictions and possible alternative routes.

• known delays and cancellations
• changed travel times
• alternative connections and possible replacement transport

Due to the dynamic weather situation, restrictions may change or be added at short notice.
 

Additional information on site

Transport companies in the VBN area plan their operations independently and provide regional information via their own communication channels, such as websites or social media. Local authorities and transport operators also provide additional information on the current weather and traffic situation on site.
