If you want to make it special: There is 1st class as well as 2nd class in the local trains from DB Regio (RE1, RE8, RE9), evb (RB33), metronom (RB41, RE4), NordWestBahn (RB58, RE18) and start (RB37) in the VBN area. First class travel in the VBN area!

Yes (Exception: SingleTickets and sections of a block of 4 tickets are not transferable)

In local trains within the VBN area.

Valid for one trip, seven days, one month or one year, depending on the ticket purchased.
