BOB – Bequem ohne Bargeld (Comfortable without cash)
BOB is the practical ticket for spontaneous and occasional passengers. Book the normal way and automatically pay the best price on the day. BOB is available as app as well as the classic green BOB card. Simply download free of charge or apply for one!
YOUR BENEFITS WITH BOB
- Best Price on the Day: On a daily basis, BOB calculates the cheapest price for all the normal journeys undertaken, using 4x SingleTicket, DayTicket, 10x Pupils' Tickets BSAG and BREMERHAVEN BUS, SingleTicket Child, Bicycle DayTicket or ShortTripTicket. Example: Automatic invoicing of a regular SingleTicket as a reduced 4x SingleTicket et cetera.
- BOB has no minimum spending requirement, no basic fee and makes it easy to be cash-free. The invoice is paid by monthly direct debit over an invoice amount of 10 euros, otherwise quarterly. A journey overview is immediately available in the BOB app, it comes with the invoice for the green BOB card. A one-off credit of 5 euros on dispatch of the first invoice by email.
- With BOB you are ready to travel straight away. As the BOB app, at any time from anywhere for every route in the VBN area. Doubly handy: the BOB app can also be activated in the free FahrPlaner and be booked as a MobileTicket at the best price on the day. The green BOB card can be booked at all stations as well as at the ticket machines in all vehicles of BSAG in Bremen, BREMERHAVEN BUS and VWG in Oldenburg.
- The BOB app and the green BOB card are not personalized and are therefore transferable. Other users can also be registered with BOB partner cards. Invoices and an overview of journeys will be sent to the contract holders.
- Immediate blocking if the green BOB card is lost: Just call the VBN 24h-service hotline on 04 21/59 60 59, and your green BOB card is blocked. You will immediately receive a new one in return for a processing fee of 10 euros. If you lose your mobile phone, you also need to contact the service hotline so that your digital tickets can be blocked.
- BOB brings along BODO: All BOB customers receive the BODO BONUS Benefit program as an additional extra. With top offers all over the VBN area! Further information is provided at: www.bodobonus.de
