VBN is an integrated public transport company financed by over 30 municipal and private transport companies. Our business is local public passenger transport. The cross-border VBN territory covers an area of approx. 8,500 square kilometers: we connect around 1.9 million people within the regions of Bremen and Lower Saxony by offering them transport on buses, trams and trains according to a standardized tariff. Simply travel throughout VBN land - we're looking forward to seeing you! We collaborate closely with Zweckverband Verkehrsberbund Bremen/Niedersachsen (Special Bremen/Lower Saxony Transport Network Association - ZVBN). ZVBN
is a group of six rural districts and four cities in the Bremen/Lower Saxony transport network. Its object is to provide local passenger transport services, or LPT for short.
